I clicked through to the PDF. Very helpful. The resource I saw from my doctor’s/podiatrist’s office had even more information, but these visual aids were also very helpful. I’m trying to troubleshoot some foot pain that I’ve had off and on for a few years now. It definitely shares some characteristics with plantar fasciitis, but I don’t think that’s it exactly. I got sharp ripping pains in my heel and bottom of foot, but can also squat and go up on my toes which my podiatrist should be virtually impossible with a textbook case of plantar fasciitis. If anything, it’s a much more varied condition depending on the exact location and nature of the microtears.
